Parvisani (par-vee-SAH-nee)
is a concept, a symbol, a community, a movement.
It is Renewal,
Hope, Courage, Peace, Justice. Parvisani is
about healing the Earth: environmentally/
spiritually/ socially and peacefully.
It is the
reflection of the changing consciousness of people the world over.
Parvisani represents our
evolving, maturing sense of responsibility to each other and to the
Earth. Just as the "Peace Sign" is a reflection of the commitment to
encourage, support and work for peace; Parvisani is the symbol of our
commitment to encourage, support and work for the environment;
for spirituality without fundamentalism and narrow-mindedness; for peace; and
for political justice. We will act, not out of fear, but with courage,
love, humility and joy.
The word
Parvisani comes from the Latin roots "par/pario" - to bring forth;
"vis" - life; "ani" - consciousness; and "risi" (the third,
fifth, sixth, and last letters) - laughter/joy. So, Parvisani is
the bringing forth of an evolved consciousness into our lives with
laughter and joy sprinkled throughout!
It is a simple
and elegant concept. Parvisani embraces the teachings of our great
spiritual and civic leaders: harmony, lovingkindness, unity,
nonviolence, compassion, humility, joy.
Parvisani is a community of people throughout the world who believe
in these moral concepts. It is a movement dedicated to increase
this wave of hope, renewal, love, and peace.
